How to proceed to travel together?
Whether you have a specific destination in mind or are feeling uninspired, simply contact us by email or via the form below, indicating your demands. We will revert to you with narrowed-down options, addresses or itineraries with a detailed quotation. Thereafter, we will contact the different suppliers to finalise your reservation and send your travel dossier in a digital format.
What kind of perks can I expect asking for your services?
Because of our affiliation to numerous exclusive programs, our worldwide privileged relationships within the hospitality industry and our ability to provide services from multiple suppliers, we offer beyond the best rate exclusive benefits such as an early check-in and/or a late check-out, an upgrade, credits, dedicated experiences and a personalized welcome. The diversity and the strength of these benefits can of course vary from a brand/property to another and will be detailed on a case-by-case basis.

Are the rates similar to direct
ones?
Absolutely. You’ll always get the best available rates offered by the supplier, sometimes negotiated rates as well. We suggest options from every available rate tier, always keeping in mind the best price/quality ratio, whether promotional, offers from major booking platforms, partnerships and direct property rates, indicating whether these are flexible or non-refundable.
Do you apply any service fees?
No service fees are applied, except when issuing tickets (cf next question). For itineraries exceeding 7 nights or 2 destinations, a €300 service fees may apply.
Are you also able to advise on the same way regarding transportation?
Of course. If you’d like, we can also advise you on the best transportation itineraries and services, such as commercial and chartered flights, helicopters, trains, ferries and private yachts, ground transfers with chauffeur service and VIP welcome upon arrival. Regarding air tickets, whether these are issued via First in Service U.S. or First in Service Europe, service fees apply as indicated below :
• Long-haul flights : €/$40.00 per way/person.
• Medium and short-haul flights : €/$20.00 per way/person.
• Train or ferry : €/$10 per way/person.
What are your booking, payment and cancellation policies?
The prevailing policies are always and only the ones from the suppliers. Before any reservation, these policies are brought to your attention within the quotation, with full transparency. We recommend travel insurance to cover risks inherent to travel, such as the bankruptcy of a supplier or travel disruption due to a personal or a medical emergency. You’ll find here a link of a supplier, as AXA Insurance allowing you to get a quotation and to subscribe online.
Can you support us as much on a long journey than on a short itinerary?
Whether your plans entail a short stay or a complex itinerary, we will respond with the same passion and speed. To receive the best of our guidance and confidence in trusting us ; a long term relationship is more conducive to servicing you at the optimal level.
What differentiates you from a traditional travel agency?
Unlike a travel agency or tour operator, we don’t have any pre-established itinerary. Moreover since we do not sell any service, you don’t pay us directly. We advise you in a personalized way and create bespoke options from multiple suppliers, always conscious of the best price/quality ratio.
